Assets for complex parts

Romar’s mixing and processing facilities include rubber mixing mills, precision preforming machinery and compression presses ranging from 50 to 800 tonnes.

Supporting Romar’s capability in the production of complex and tight tolerance rubber components is our 100-tonne transfer press for applications where accuracy and consistency are critical factors.

The transfer molding process is highly customisable, as it allows for the use of a wide range of rubber compounds, including silicone, neoprene and EPDM.
