She does not believe there is a challenge that can’t be met and finding a workable and scalable solution is the most rewarding part of her work.
Rita’s passion is figuring out how to make something work and she feels strongly about working in a field where her contributions make for a better society. Biomedical engineering and material science are the perfect fit for Rita’s expertise. She manages the design, development and verification of medical devices before and after they enter the market. No pressure, but as a leader in this field you must get things right.
