The Manufacturing Leadership Forum 2023 will occur in Darwin on October 11th, 2023. Romar’s CEO, Alan Lipman, is part of the expert panel hosted by the Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre (AMGC).
Alan will join co-presenters Charmine Philips, NT Director of AMGC, and Mark Peters, National Projects Director AMGC, in a dedicated face-to-face Manufacturing Leadership event that brings together like-minded leaders in manufacturing.
The event aims to provide leaders in the manufacturing sector within the Northern Territory an opportunity to step back and rise above the day-to-day to discuss industry issues with other successful leaders and start to focus on what’s most critical in their businesses and across the manufacturing landscape.
AMGC has invited guest speaker Alan Lipman, Chief Executive Officer at Romar Engineering (NSW), to share the challenges and successes from the journey of Romar Engineering, which has developed from a traditional manufacturer into one of the most innovative and progressive manufacturing enterprises in today’s market and is widely recognised as the home of manufacturing innovation in Australia.
Alan is one of the most respected CEOs in Australian manufacturing. He is a big-picture thinker with a careful eye for detail. He cemented the direction for Romar back in 2016 when he took on the CEO role. His strategic decisions to embrace technology and foster a workplace of creative thinkers and elite problem solvers have enabled him to navigate a way forward where Romar excels in the modern manufacturing landscape.
The Manufacturing Leadership Forum is only open to manufacturing businesses in the Northern Territory, and numbers are limited to 15 to ensure a personalised mentoring and leadership.
This event will be held at the Northern Australia Conference Room – Level 1, Development House, 76 The Esplanade, Darwin NT 0800 on October 11th, 2023, between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. It is a free event, not to be missed.
